Some issues or problems encountered by most individuals, most importantly in the school are medical check-up where not everyone can go to a hospital to have their check-up for the reason of they don’t have an exact amount of money to pay. And they also don’t have time and sometimes the doctor is not available at the school clinic to have their check-up.

The system helps the doctor to make a faster diagnosis. Using medicine search engine, doctor can get any medicines information within a second. Various medical tools like symptoms checker will help a doctor as well as the patient to solve their problems easily. The system administrator can easily manage the system using a content management system. The system will use roles and permission level to maintain confidentiality with private data of a doctor, a staff and a patient. The presence of certain services offered by the system on the web will also ensure that the system can be accessed from anywhere anytime. The system will use a calendar to know the date when the student check their health and view their record using this software.

This is why the proponent come up with their project named “Health Check-Up System” to solve the mentioned problem by developing a Web-based Health Check-Up for the students of the school campus that covers only common diseases and no further test required diseases such as cancer. This project is very important to individuals to help them provide a free, anytime anywhere health check-up through the use of the internet connection.

It is a software product designed or suited to improve the quality and management of Health Check-Up in the areas of clinical process analysis and activity-based costing. It enables to develop the organization and improve its effectiveness. The system will be able to act as a web-based solution for medical symptoms checker. It will prove to be an asset for both the doctor as well as their patient.

The software will provide benefits for students in many ways. It helps patient monitoring easy and free access to their check-up. It can detect the health condition by collecting user data of symptoms. And give some remedies and suggestions. It is needed for the students specifically to improve patients’ safety and quality of care, and also prevent spending a lot of money for their daily check-up.
